Our restaurant cuisine holds great importance to local products. Cooked deliciously by Claude, our plates and our specials evolve with the seasons.
The focus is on the lake: Arctic Char, Trout, Coregonus Fera, Perch, Lote, Crayfish and other rarities are reported roaming the waters of Thonon by our professional fishermen.
The farms of Chablais deliver milk, cream, cheeses, meats, poultry, small fruits and vegetables.
We also showcase other Chablais products: meat of Abondance, cold meats, “Treboux" bread of Thonon, cheeses refined on Thonon at "Boujon"
All of this accompanied by a selection of favorite wines from the Arc Alpin
